The $600 applies to food and add-ons combined — upgrades and sides count toward it. Cash has no added tax; electronic payments (Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal) add 8% tax on the food total only. A travel fee may apply depending on your party location and is quoted separately. A suggested gratuity for your chef is always at your discretion and is paid directly to your chef.
