Adults' Proteins — full portions
Pick 2 per adult — servings must add up to 4.
Kids' Proteins — half portions
Pick 2 per child — kids get half the adult serving. Servings must add up to 0.
Premium & Add-ons
Electronic payments (Zelle / Apple Pay / Venmo / PayPal) add 8% sales tax. Cash has no sales tax.
