Private Hibachi Chef in McMinnville

Hibachi at Home & Catering in McMinnville

The heart of Oregon wine country, McMinnville mixes small-town charm with world-class vines. Dream Hibachi brings a private hibachi chef to your McMinnville home, patio or venue — with the flames, the tricks and the fresh-cooked food that turn a wine-country evening into an unforgettable night.

From the shops of Third Street to the neighborhoods near Linfield University and the vineyard roads outside town, McMinnville gatherings have a relaxed, food-loving feel. Our mobile grill sets up on patios, decks and backyards across the city, whether it is a birthday, a wine-weekend dinner, or a family reunion after a day at the Evergreen Aviation Museum. In a town famous for pinot noir, a grill full of steak and shrimp is a pairing worth gathering for.

Adults are $60 per guest, kids ages 5–12 are $30, and little ones ages 1–4 join free. Every party has a $600 minimum, and your date is held once the $100 deposit is paid within 24 hours. Premium upgrades like Filet Mignon and Lobster, plus add-ons like Noodles, Gyoza and Edamame, can make the night even more special. See your full estimate before you reserve — no surprises.
